What roof profile do these saddles/clips suit?

These saddles/clips are made specifically for TrimDek (and similar trapezoidal-rib steel sheeting). If your roof is a different profile, give us a call on 1300 156 197 and we'll match the right saddle to your sheeting before you order.

Why does it matter that your steel is locally sourced?

We use locally-sourced steel from leading Australian suppliers including BlueScope®, because cheap overseas imports can look fine on day one but fade fast, and their screw coatings often go rusty-red within a season. Our local steel plus premium powder coating resists fading and is salt-spray tested over 1000 hours, so it holds up on coastal Gold Coast roofs.

Can I match the colour to my roof and gutters?

Yes, the saddles/clips and matching screws are Colorbond-matched across the full range, so they blend in rather than stand out. A few discontinued colours are no longer offered by the steel suppliers, but the rest of the range is available.

Do I need these clips, or are they already in a kit?

No, aluminium won't stop a determined possum, we've seen them rip straight through aluminium mesh to get back to their young in the roof. If possums are your concern you'll need a steel mesh option, which we can source on request; for birds, mice and leaves the standard aluminium setup is fine.
